Why are Baby Boomers Called Baby Boomers?

The Baby Boomer Generation is a large world population mainly in industrialized nations. A little over one-fifth (21.9%) of the United States population are Baby boomers as of 2019.
Because they have made a considerable impact on the progress and economy of the country (a boom), they are called Boomers.....Baby Boomers. 

Between 1946 and 1964,  76 million Americans were born in the "baby boom" generation. As we matured, we influenced everything, including lifestyles, politics, arts, workplaces, etc. 

Boomers who live in the United States and were born in a foreign country are increasing. About 10 million are currently US residents. 

Boomers' approach to work has been described as competitive, goal-oriented, career-focused, and also nonconformist, and willing to question authority.

Sometimes the Baby Boomers generation is broken into two different groups because it covers many years. The older group is more sensible than the younger group; besides, the younger group was born after the Vietnam war Draft.

At a rate of 10,000 per day for the next 18 years, boomers Will turn 65. Since 2011, Boomers have started turning 65 and retiring, according to the AARP.
